John Huber
John Huber is a highly respected leader with nearly three decades of litigation experience, having tried hundreds of civil and criminal cases in federal and state courts. As the U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah from 2015-2021, John was the longest-tenured active U.S. Attorney in the nation for four of those years. He was appointed by both President Obama and re-appointed by President Trump, earning unanimous Senate confirmation each time. During his tenure, he handled sensitive investigations, maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity while leading complex, multi-pronged efforts under intense political and media scrutiny.
John’s legal expertise spans national security, terrorism, trade secrets, fraud, and the False Claims Act, among other areas. At Greenberg Traurig LLP, he focuses on investigations and litigation for individuals, corporations, and institutions, with deep knowledge of federal law in sectors like healthcare, aerospace, cryptocurrency, and customs enforcement.
