Marthes Solamuthu is currently the board member of 3 companies and an active participant in community service programs mainly related to education.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has great passion in helping youth excel in education and leadership. Prior to this, Marthes was the founder and CEO of Smart Staffing. Preceding this, he was the COO of Integracore, the Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Clear One Communications (Public Listed Company), and the General Manager of Venture Corporations. He also held various Senior Positions in different corporations such as Ericsson, Motorola, and Western Digital.

Marthes has a passion for running, reading, teaching and mentoring students and leaders.
